- Zod is the oldest contestant on the original Ontar tribe, the Espada tribe, and the Verde Lima tribe. He is also the oldest overall on Survivor: Prison Island.
- Zod is the lowest ranked Prison Island returnee.
- Zod is one of eight players to be voted off first in one season, yet return for another season. He shares this trait with Barney, Beat, Bree, Jared, Olivier, Rain, and Will.
- Zod, along with Kasumi, are the only players on Prison Island to never be a member of the Zeusch tribe.
